Proof of concept
See every pod at a glance, and move design to code without losing the thread.
Accelerano brings two things together: a live radiator for every product pod, and a design-to-development pipeline that turns Figma libraries into checked, tested code. The demo uses fictional data so you can explore the ideas safely.
Pod radiator
One view for every pod, with the reasons behind every status.
Each pod pulls from the tools it already uses. Health rolls up to On track, At risk, Blocked or Unknown, and every status shows why. Stale or missing data is never shown as green.

All pods, worst first, with totals for blockers, open questions and decisions.
Pod pages
Mission, team, target date and a panel for each connected source.
Radiator mode
A full-screen wall display that rotates through pods and refreshes itself.
Add your own pods
Choose a type, add the team and link Jira, Slack, GitHub and Figma.
What matters
Not message counts. The things someone needs to act on.
Rules read Slack threads and pull requests and pull out what is important, each with the reason it was picked and a link to the source. Pod leads can pin or dismiss items to tune it.
- Blockers and risks"The payment sandbox is blocking QA on CHK-41" · 8 replies, raised by the pod lead
- Waiting on answers"Can someone confirm whether CHK-44 needs legal review?" · no reply for 30 hours
- Decisions"Decided: we'll go with the stacked layout for CHK-12" · pinned
- Design handoffs"Updated summary cards are ready for dev" · links to Figma
- Risky changesRevert of CHK-39 merged · touches the address form
Design to development
From a Figma library to tested components, with checks at every step.
A companion app connects to Figma through its MCP server, using read-only tools. Designs become a checked contract, tokens become CSS variables, and reviewers approve a live preview before anything is built. Test results flow back to the pod.

Acceleration pods
Fast-track roadmap items with paired design and development.
An acceleration pod takes top roadmap items from Product Discovery and pairs a designer with a developer on each, using AI tools to move faster. Its board shows every item's stage, pair, tools, time in flight and linked pull requests against a fixed target date.

Works with the tools pods already use.
Every connection is read-only. Tokens stay on the server and are never sent to the browser.
